Our manufacturing process for Metal Scrap and Aluminum Scrap involves several key steps and equipment. Firstly, the scrap is fed into a crusher, which breaks down the larger pieces into smaller, manageable sizes. The crushed material then passes through a vibrating screen, which helps separate any impurities or smaller debris.
Next, the scrap moves into a rotary furnace, where it is heated to high temperatures. This induction furnace enables the metal to reach its melting point, transforming it into a molten state. The molten metal then undergoes further refining and purification using an induction furnace.
To separate aluminum from other metals, we employ an eddy current system. This technology utilizes electromagnetic currents to repel non-aluminum materials, allowing for efficient separation and recovery of the aluminum scrap.
Finally, the purified metal is processed using a pulverizer, which reduces it to a fine powder or granules, depending on the desired end product. This process ensures that the metal scrap is transformed into a valuable resource for various industries, contributing to a sustainable and circular economy.
